If someone is using peptides and not tracking anything, they are guessing. They might remember the big things, but they usually forget timing, consistency, photos, symptoms, sleep, food, and what changed week to week.
That is why I built Pep AI. It is a simple peptide tracking app for iPhone and Android.
What I want people to log.
At minimum, I want people to know what they took, when they took it, how much they have left, and what they noticed. If they are also tracking photos, weight, calories, protein, or training, even better.
Tracking does not need to be complicated. It just needs to be consistent enough that you can look back and see what actually happened.
